Paubox Application Design

Strategic Initiative: I joined Paubox, a HIPAA-compliant email management company, to create a new design system for their suite of applications, and to prototype and design a new HIPAA-compliant email marketing product, basically from the ground up. In ten months, I supported the company in launching an entirely upgraded version of the email marketing product (Paubox Marketing) that included competitive features that customers were requesting. This included the research and implementation of an HTML builder that was plugged into the product, which saved the development team 9 months of time and effort. 

I protoyped numerous highly complex features, including drip campaigns, analytics dashboards, and email contact management screens. In addition to these contributions, I contributed to the redesign of the Paubox website, prototyping the SAAS product landing pages and overall layout of the screens to support higher conversion rates.


To create these results, I did extensive competitive research and supported the creation of a customer advisory board to support research and prioritization of new features. 

Result: The new product features were well received by existing customers, earning it an A plus rating from customers. The new application also garnered new customer interest and set the company up for a profitable 2023. The marketing website changes were incorporated as well, making the website a much more efficient SAAS acquisition channel.

Result: LogoYes became the top organic online customer acquisition channel in the company.
