Interweave Website Redesign
Strategic Initiative: F+W Media hired me as a UX Manager to overhaul their web pages. They were transitioning from an eCommerce store to a content/advertising revenue model, which was a big shift for them. Their previous designs were cluttered and disorganized. They had a very short timeline.
Within three months of starting, we launched with these new designs that reorganized the navigation system to prioritize content and redesigned the pages to support ad blocks. I prototyped the pages based upon extensive input from the internal team, including customer facing teams.
Result: The redesign tripled ad revenues within weeks of launch and was successful in transitioning the company to a content/revenue model.
